We hate to see you go. You can cancel any time on right from your profile! You must request to cancel your box at least 48 hrs before your box renewal. We make every box fresh to order and as soon as your box renews, we are preparing your box for shipment.
It's important that we receive your request to cancel before your box renews. Cancel directly by email and we will get back to you asap. Please include important information such as First & Last name, Email, Order Number to quickly find your subscription.
The subscription box is auto-renewed until canceled. Disabling your auto-renewal will let us know to stop renewing. The renewal can be disabled anytime through your account page.
Doggy Day Box Monthly Surprise is not currently customizable. You can order a selection of treats each month in the Various Monthly Subscriptions. Email us to discuss treat option or if you have questions [email protected]! We have single protein boxes for our pups with allergies!

We recommend feeding each treat while being supervised. Each treat is a different level of chew from light to heavy. We recommend that you monitor the dog while enjoying their treats/chews. Light chews are great for rewards in the kennel.
Medium to heavy chews can be used for mental stimulation while you are working at the computer or after dinner entertainment. While all these treats are amazing, we recommending feeding once per day till you know how your dog deals with the new proteins.
Always provide water and breaks when feeding dehydrated treats!
Light chews are chicken feet, duck feet, and Himalayan cheese puff. They often take 1-4 minutes to chew up. They are a nice crunchy treat for your doggy. The dog's size and chew intensity will depend on how long the treat lasts.
Medium Chews are beef tendon, duck heads, jr. chew, and pig ear. Medium chews will take 4-10 mins depending on the dog.
Heavy chews are cow nose, bully stick, Himalayan cheese chew, and trachea. These are usually thicker and chewier, lasting 15 minutes to hours depending on the dog's size, age, and chew intensity.

Doggy Day Box is perfect for all breeds and all dog sizes! The best thing about the box is the variety for your dog to try. Most people feed at least one treat a day! This box has 30 treats to spoil your pup.
We have some different size boxes for our different sized pups.
For a 2-15lb dog - The Mini Box is perfect for our pint size doggies. Treats scaled to their size mouths and appetites.
For 15-100lb dog - The Doggy Day Box | Beef Box | Chicken Box - 30 or more treats for $30 (+shipping cost) each month.
If your dog is on a raw diet, this is perfect for your doggy as there are no extra carbohydrates or other preservatives. If your dog is on kibble or other, it’s great to give them extra crunch and flavor to their diet!

K-9 Kraving Chew and Lasting Chews are free of preservatives, dyes, added sugars, cereal grains, glutens, nitrates, chemicals, or soluble carbohydrates. Additionally, we get a few treats from RedBarn. They are all-natural, with no extra additives or preservatives.
